This site describes a chalet with one gaming room in it. The Swiss age for such a room is 18. If you are younger, the room is not available and nor is this part of the site.

No play happens on this site

thoughtaccess.com takes nothing in, holds nothing and pays nothing out. Nothing here can be played and nothing here can be installed. All of it happens in the basement at Steinmattstrasse 24.

Accuracy

We keep the hours and the numbers current; either can be out on the day: a table shut, a room off, a lift closed for wind. Nothing here is an offer. Nothing is reserved until we have confirmed it to you ourselves.

Our material

The text, the photographs and the drawings on this site are ours. A quoted sentence with a link back to its page is welcome. Neither the photographs nor the drawings may be reproduced elsewhere, and neither is to be credited to another.

Links out

Where this site points at a timetable or a lift company, that is convenience. We do not control what is at the other end.

In the chalet

Staff may refuse entry to the basement, the bar or the house, and may ask anybody to leave, without giving a reason. It is nearly always drink. It is not a negotiation. The kitchen serves once.

In the mountains

Nothing on this site is avalanche advice, a piste report or a weather forecast. Use the official bulletin, which the desk will print for you, and use a guide where a guide is needed.

The site

A directory of static pages on a hosting service. It is unavailable occasionally and nothing is promised against it.

Liability

We answer for what we get wrong in the chalet. Liability for loss arising out of use of this site is excluded as far as Swiss law allows.

Law and forum

These conditions are governed by Swiss law, and the courts of the Canton of Valais have jurisdiction.
